Working Hours

Flexible hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with shifts available between 8 AM ?? 8 PM EST.

Responsibilities
?? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

?? Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
?? Maintain customer records by updating account information.
?? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
?? Manage a high volume of calls and correspondence.
