We are an established Amazon FBA business based in the UK, looking for a reliable, experienced, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential and performance-based rewards for the right person.
- Responsibilities:
- Source profitable products using Online Arbitrage (OA) and Wholesale methods
- Analyze deals using Keepa and SellerAmp (SAS)
- Maintain sourcing spreadsheets and organize daily tasks
- Monitor account health and resolve issues as needed
- Keep up to date with Amazon policy changes and marketplace trends
- Communicate clearly and consistently with the team
- ✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience sourcing for Amazon FBA (OA and/or Wholesale)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Able to work around the UK (London) timezone
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, FBA workflows, and account health management
- Must have your own active subscriptions to Keepa and SellerAmp (SAS)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow sourcing criteria
- Strong organizational skills and spreadsheet proficiency
- Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer
- Must provide fresh, manually sourced leads — no recycled lists or copy-pasted deals
- Additional Requirements:
- You must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement to protect business information
- Daily communication is expected
- You are expected to be self-managed and responsive
- Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete a paid test task to assess sourcing skills
