Key Information to Know

Equipment Requirements
• Some companies require dual monitors. You don’t need a new computer—just grab an affordable monitor ($20–$30) from stores like Walmart or even a pawn shop.
• Ensure your workspace meets the technical requirements (more on this below).

Work Intervals
• Schedules are broken into 30-minute intervals. For example, 10 intervals equal a 5-hour shift.

Training Costs
• You won’t pay for training until you’ve passed all prerequisites, such as the voice assessment and technical checks.

Restricted States

The following states are not eligible for registration:
• California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Wisconsin, Oregon

Workaround: If you’re in one of these states, you can use a friend or relative’s address in an eligible state for registration purposes. This address is only used for your profile and won’t affect anything else.

3. Program Assessment:
• Includes customer service-related questions. You can often search online for answers if needed.

4. Identity Check:
