The Executive Team Leader of General Merchandise and Food Sales at Target is responsible for driving total store sales and managing a team to ensure a consistent and efficient shopping experience for guests.     Responsibilities
  • Drive total store sales and understand the role in sales growth.

  • Manage Food & Beverage and food services, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store.

  • Manage a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency.

  • Enable efficient delivery to guests by leading pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work.
  • ,
  • Develop a strategy and utilize workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload ensuring guest readiness at all times.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with the team to ensure task completion and workload management.

  • Manage all GM backroom and sales floor areas, reviewing reporting to identify gaps and develop resolution plans.

    Requirements
  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience
