- What You'll Do:

- Troubleshoot problems, answer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Follow company procedures and strive for first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and report issues or feedback for continuous improvement.
- Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required).
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory – we provide full training.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and communication tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
