Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Familiarity with live chat software and customer support tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers. Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a remote setting.
