Job Duties:
? Provide strategic leadership and collaborate with the Board to drive organizational growth and impact
? Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, including foundation partnerships, donor relationships, and grant acquisition
? Oversee program development and implementation to ensure maximum educational impact
? Manage financial operations and budget allocation to support strategic initiatives
? Lead and develop a remote team while fostering a positive, collaborative culture
? Serve as the organization's public face, building relationships with educational leaders, foundations, and key stakeholders
? Guide research initiatives to demonstrate program effectiveness and drive adoption in educational settings

Qualifications: ? 10+ years relevant professional experience ? Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, psychology, education, public health, or related field ? Proven track record in nonprofit leadership and organizational management ? Demonstrated success in fundraising and relationship building ? Experience managing remote teams and scaling operations ? Strong technological proficiency ? Willingness to travel 25% within the US
