Our Healthcare client is a leading provider of advanced hearing solutions, dedicated to helping individuals improve their quality of life through personalized hearing care. They specialize in state-of-the-art hearing aids, accessories, and diagnostic services.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to join our client's team. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of our hearing solutions company. You will assist with scheduling, data management, customer communications, and other critical administrative functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. ?? Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. ?? Manage patient records, input data into electronic health records (EHR) systems, and ensure information is accurate and up to date. ?? Assist with processing hearing aid orders, repairs, and tracking shipments. ?? Coordinate communication between clients, audiologists, and other team members. ?? Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed. ?? Help manage office supplies and place orders when necessary. ?? Support marketing and communication efforts by assisting with client outreach and follow-up. ?? Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and other industry standards. ?? Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized digital records.

Requirements: ?? * Proven experience in an administrative support role (experience in healthcare or audiology fields is a plus). ?? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software. ?? Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred. ?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ?? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote setting. ?? High attention to detail and accuracy. ?? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ?? Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. ?? Preferred Qualifications: ?? Prior experience in a healthcare or audiology-related environment. ?? Knowledge of hearing aids, accessories, or audiology services. ?? Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality protocols
