Key Responsibilities: ?? Make outbound calls to builders, contractors, and architects from the provided database to introduce and promote our MEP services. ?? Generate interest in our offerings by presenting the benefits and value of our services. ?? Identify potential leads, qualify them, and gather relevant information. ?? Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or product presentations for the sales team. ?? Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM system. ?? Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets. ?? Provide feedback and insights to help refine the outreach strategy.
Requirements: ?? Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in sales, customer service, or lead generation. ?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ?? Fluent in English, Hindi, regional languages]. ?? Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. ?? Goal-oriented and self-motivated. ?? Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
