What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Communicate with players and guests via live chat, email, and phone to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize internal resources to assist players with account statuses and histories.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds value in the employer's brand.
• Assist guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs for special events.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues players experience with products.
What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School diploma or College Degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service/customer support.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure and handle frustrated players.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to type quickly and write with good grammar and punctuation.
• Experience in the gaming or sports wagering industry.
