Responsibilities
?? Apply for approval from Texas State Board of Nursing for a new LVN program

?? Modify Stepful's LVN curriculum to meet Texas Standards
,
?? Manage program enrollment, including recruitment and admissions, orientation, and registration
,
?? Oversee student progress and performance, including grading, academic advising, and program completion
,
?? Recruit, train, and supervise program faculty and staff
,
?? Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students
,
?? Develop and manage program budgets and resources
,
?? Conduct program evaluation and assessment, and make data-driven recommendations for program improvement.

Requirements
?? Graduate degree with a major in nursing
,
?? 5 years of varied nursing experience since graduation from a professional nursing education program
,
?? Actively employed in nursing for the past 5 years, preferably in administration or teaching
,
?? A minimum of 1 year teaching experience in a pre-licensure nursing education program
,
?? Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related field, preferably in a healthcare or education setting
,
?? Experience receiving Board of Nursing state approval for a new program in Texas
,
?? Current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in Texas
,
?? Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
,
?? Experience with accreditation and regulatory compliance
,
?? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
