Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Building Administration Specialist located in Centennial, CO. The Building Administration Specialist will assist in the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including oversight of building maintenance, coordinating with service providers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing office supplies. The specialist will also handle administrative tasks, support office staff, and assist with event planning and space allocation.
Qualifications
? Purchase and maintain inventory of building office supplies.
? Maintain building access systems database.
? Assist with building coverage and the building rules set forth by the Facilities Manager are followed.
? Coordinate facilities functions in meeting and event preparation.
? Maintain department calendar for upcoming meetings and events.
? Enter invoices in WorkDay for processing.
