Software QA Specialist

We are seeking a Software QA Lead for our operations in Grand Rapids, MI. If you have experience managing projects and leading a team and expertise in software testing then you are asked to apply to this position.

Primary responsibilities: ? Coordinating teams to develop test cases, data, and scenarios. ? Managing test execution across multiple project teams. ? Embracing Agile/SCRUM and DevOps methodologies. ? Owning testing deliverables and ensuring they meet quality expectations and requirements. ? Continuously improving testing standards and best practices.

Knowledge and skill requirements: ? High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor?s degree preferred. ? Three (3+) or more years of leading large scale software testing projects required. ? Project management experience. ? Communication and collaboration skills. ? Attention to detail.
