Hybrid/Remote Property Damage Adjuster

We are seeking a Hybrid/Remote Property Adjuster to work from our home office in Hanover, MD

or remotely from a home office. This role involves property damage estimating and first-party

claims handling. If fieldwork is required, a company vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities

? Deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders.

? Prepare virtual repair estimates based on customer and vendor-provided photos.

? Determine total loss evaluations when applicable.

? Negotiate supplements with body shops in a timely manner.

? Review policy coverage and limits to ensure claim validity.

? Analyze the facts of loss to establish liability.

? Make payment determinations based on company guidelines.

? Maintain comprehensive claim documentation according to company standards.

Qualifications

? Excellent communication and customer service skills.

? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

? Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.

? Auto damage estimating experience, including CCC One appraisal software proficiency.

? Claims file handling experience in an adjusting role.

? 1st party collision and comprehensive claims handling experience is preferred.

? Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies.

? A Pennsylvania adjuster license is required or must be obtained within the first 30 days of

employment. The company will cover the cost of training and licensing.

? Bilingual skills are a plus.
