Insurance Agent

? *Overview:**

We?re seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team in Chesterfield Township, MI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, an understanding of insurance products, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

LEADS ARE PROVIDED

NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED ? *Responsibilities:**

• Proactively market and sell a range of insurance products to potential clients.

• Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored policy recommendations.

• Guide clients through the claims process and assist with policy renewals.

• Administer benefits and process policy changes as needed.
? *Requirements:**

• Proven experience in sales, particularly within the insurance industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

• Multilingual (Spanish in particular) abilities are a plus.

• Familiarity with benefits administration is a bonus.

• Proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
