Responsibilities
? Open deposit accounts

? Prepare and process loan applications for various lending units
,
? Close loans for customers for applicable business lines
,
? Make referrals to other bank business lines and third-party partners
,
? Proactively reach out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio
,
? Sell annuities and/or insurance products for licensed individuals
,
? Ensure operational compliance and adherence to policy
,
? Handle daily account maintenance and service issues
,
? Process deposits to customer accounts
,
? Cash checks for customers and non-customers
,
? Process and properly record the sale of monetary instruments
,
? File government-mandated reports related to large cash transactions
,
? Process foreign currency purchases and sales
,
? Process various types of loan payments and credit card cash advances

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent required
,
? 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred
,
? Some banking experience preferred
,
? Basic business acumen and professionalism
,
? Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly
,
? Ability to build relationships and strong alliances
,
? Ability to quickly learn all details about the products and services offered by the bank
