Duties
? Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and board meetings
? Attend limited marketing events to promote firm services
? Provide expert legal counsel in community association law and insurance recovery
? Manage complex cases, providing strategic legal advice to clients
? Work closely with firm leadership and other attorneys to drive case outcomes and firm success

Requirements
? Active Bar license in California (Required)
? Strong organizational and communication skills
? Experience in community association law, or insurance recovery is a plus
? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
? High attention to detail and effective case management

Education
? Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (Required)

Certifications
? Admitted to practice law in the State of California (Required)
