Plan and execute the compliance training schedule in collaboration with liaisons across the organization
Manage the consumer complaint process, collecting and analyzing data to identify trends
Support the Records Management Program by maintaining the Record Retention Schedule
Analyze compliance-related data to identify significant issues and improvement opportunities
Prepare reports and presentations on key compliance metrics for various audiences, including senior managementWhat is Required (Qualifications):
4-year degree or combination of education and equivalent relevant experience
10+ years of experience in compliance consulting in the insurance industry or other regulated industry
Strong understanding of property & casualty insurance business and relevant regulatory issues
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for business data analysis and interpretation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and SharePointHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in managing training programs and vendor relationships
Familiarity with records management and consumer complaint processes
Certification as a compliance professional or relevant insurance industry designations
Proficiency in business process and workflow documentation tools
