Job Description: As a Front End Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create user-friendly and responsive interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js. ? Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript and TypeScript. ? Implement and style components using CSS frameworks like Tailwind, Radix, and Shad/cn. ? Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize web applications for both desktop and mobile platforms. ? Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow. ? Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and user experience. ? Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. ? Take projects from initial concept through to market introduction, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Qualifications: ? 5+ years of experience building frontend web applications with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js. ? Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. ? Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind, Radix, and Shad/cn. ? Proven experience in delivering and troubleshooting web applications on both desktop and mobile platforms. ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. ? Ability to take a project from initial concept through to market introduction.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience with mobile development using React Native or similar frameworks ? Experience with version control systems like Git. ? Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. ? Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques. ? Experience with testing frameworks and tools.

Bonus Qualifications: ? Experience with Terraform. ? Experience with AI tools such as CodeRabbit or Cursor. ? *This position requires a face-to-face interview at our offices in Tampa, FL. Candidates must be available to interview and work/relocate to Tampa, FL. This is not a remote position.
