Responsibilities
? Produce compelling narratives through visual media for various marketing topics.

? Conduct in-depth audience analysis to determine optimal creative direction.

? Facilitate collaborative working sessions with stakeholders and negotiate feedback.

? Collaborate with Marketing Executives to craft impactful narratives that reflect the brand.

? Develop stories from concept to creation, aligning with business objectives.

? Use graphic and multimedia design skills to transform written narratives into visually stunning stories.

? Create and distribute content for presentations, reports, newsletters, and more.

? Promote continuous improvement of visual design strategy and brand guidelines.

? Identify communication challenges and devise actionable plans to enhance storytelling.

? Educate and upskill others in storytelling and communication design.

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

? 5+ years of experience as a Visual Storyteller/Graphic Designer in a marketing or communications team.

? Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
