Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting programs andprojects specific to corporate change initiatives thatimpacthow the bankdoes business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include assisting department managers with critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Job expectations include deliveringregulatory and executive material and ensuringresults align to program strategy, simplification,and new capabilities.
The primary responsibility of a Program Lead in this execution role is to manage Data Transmission Registrations, Permit to Send & Cloud Governance cases impacting the Fraud and Claims business, end to end. You will be responsible for leading data related cases from project launch through the life cycle of data management, while partnering with LOB, to ensure compliance with Enterprise standards.
This role will also work with our technology partners to manage deployment of all data requirements. Candidates must have the ability to manage many multiple projects, across different portfolios, with varying partnerships and deliverables. This role is also responsible for ensuring ongoing monitoring of third-party data sharing and escalating risk to senior leaders quickly. Role will also develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies and changes with Enterprise Third Party data sharing standards.
You will develop business partner relationships with all Fraud and Claims, Technology, and product partners, while also gaining exposure and acumen in project management, strategic planning, executive presence, and organization.
Responsibilities: ? Assists with definingprogram controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures,and ways of working with key stakeholders ? Partnersclosely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for newchangeinitiatives ? Supports the execution of defined tasks through tracking of program milestones and their statuses, developing program plans, and measuring progress against ongoingkey performance indicators ? Analyzes, evaluates, and overcomesprogram risksand producesprogram reports for managers and stakeholders ? Identifies key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendorsto perform in alignment with the program objectives ? Works with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution ? Meets with stakeholders toprovide transparency intoproject issues and decisions on services, builds positiverelationships, asksquestions,andusestools to uncover root causes to challenges, identifyopportunities, and make recommendations
Key Responsibilities: ? Lead monitoring activities of all Third-Party Data Transmission Registrations (DTR) supporting Client Protection ? Lead and facilitate completion of Third-Party Data Transmission Registrations (DTR) supporting Client Protection in accordance with Enterprise standards ? Complete data de-risking exercises with FLU and partners to identify opportunities to reduce Third Party data exposure ? Manage Client Protection contract portfolio, including facilitating calls between Third Party, FLU, and Sourcing which includes submitting requests on behalf of FLU while ensuring control forms and evidence are complete ? Monitor and manage Third Party expense and forecast estimates, including all invoice monitoring and maintenance ? Ensure Third Party Risk and Governance activities are in adherence with bank standards ? Identify opportunities to improve Third-Party Risk and Governance adherence, risk reduction and process excellence ? Additional vendor management, governance and reporting responsibilities as required ? Act as primary point of contact for DTR/PTS & Cloud Governance cases
Required Qualifications: ? 2+ years Project Management experience ? Ability to effectively communicate with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables, timelines, and support needed ? Ability to effectively matrix manage several resources across several businesses within the bank
Desired Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration ? Project Management certification ? Industry Fraud Knowledge (specifically a background in data management or strategy creation)

Pay range
$78,000.00 - $121,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
