Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team! This role is critical in structuring deals, securing financing approvals, and ensuring smooth transactions for our valued customers.

???? Key Responsibilities:

?? Maximize profitability by structuring deals effectively
?? Submit deals to lenders and secure prompt approvals
?? Close deals efficiently while ensuring a seamless customer experience
?? Prepare complete and accurate deal packages with proper documentation
?? Ensure timely funding of all contracts
?? Follow company policies and compliance regulations in all financing processes

???? Qualifications:

???? Experience in Marine, RV or Automotive F&I management preferred
???? Strong knowledge of finance and insurance processes
???? Excellent negotiation and closing skills
???? Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
???? Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
