Learning and Training Manager
Posted 2025-04-22? Manage aspects of the customer event (i.e. instruction, application implementation, environment, setup etc.) to ensure success.
? Map out training plans for customer by role
? Deliver the Oracle Health Patient Accounting learning management/training events and committed to superior customer service.
? Review methods, processes, training materials and/or project implementation plans. Identify weak areas and suggest methods for improvement.
? Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design.
? Market available training to customers and provide necessary information about sessions
? Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
? Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
? Customize, prepare and deliver educational aids and materials
? Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
? Gather feedback from trainees after each educational session
? Education / Experience Required: BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 3-5 or more years of related experience recommended.
? Preferred experience with Revenue Cycle.
? Travel 50%
? About the team: The Center for Excellence migration work is critical to the success of Oracle Health Patient Accounting deployment to the market; the CoE team will be deploying the Oracle Health Patient accounting software to our customer base to ensure value of platform is achieved.
