About the position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Lowe's, you will play a crucial role in creating positive shopping experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers as they enter the store and assist them throughout their shopping journey. You will engage with customers to understand the types of projects they are working on and guide them to the right products or connect them with the appropriate sales specialist. Your knowledge of the products in your department will be essential in helping customers make informed decisions. For instance, if a customer is looking for a lamp, you will need to consider whether they also need a lampshade or light bulbs. This proactive approach to customer service is what sets Lowe's apart.
