Qualifications:

To succeed as a Nursing Care Specialist, candidates should possess the following qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in nursing required; master's degree preferred. ? Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of practice. ? Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an acute care or specialty setting. ? Certification in a specialty area, such as critical care, oncology, or rehabilitation, preferred. ? Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. ? Empathy and compassion for patients and families dealing with complex medical issues.
