Our clients are seeking Direct Care Worker to provide support in the Mesa areaup to $15/ hour plus a $100 contract signing incentive and other bonus opportunities!

CLIENT'S SUMMARY OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
? Ensure the highest quality of client safety and care
? Assist clients in performing activities of daily living
? Support the individual's medical management
? Provide teaching and support of individual treatment plans
? Maintain thorough documentation of teaching programs, activities and incident reports
? Client negotiable Temp-to-Perm

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION FOR BEHAVIOR HEALTH TECHNICIAN (BHT)
? Minimum of one (1) year experience in behavioral health
? Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
? Driver's License
