Our agency is partnered with a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive support, including transportation, housing assistance, and sobriety accountability, ensuring that our workforce remains reliable and job-ready. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to establish and grow relationships with businesses in need of temporary labor.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring job placements for our available workforce. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong sales background and a passion for helping people find meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to businesses in need of temporary staffing solutions.
Build & Maintain Client Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
Negotiate Contracts & Job Orders: Secure job opportunities that align with our workforce?s skills and availability.
Collaborate with Recruitment Team: Ensure the right candidates are placed in the right jobs efficiently.
Understand Industry Trends: Stay updated on market demands and workforce needs to provide strategic staffing solutions.
Promote Workforce Readiness: Communicate the benefits of our partnership with a non-profit that ensures workers have transportation, housing stability, and sobriety support.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or staffing/recruiting.
Strong ability to network, negotiate, and close deals.
