As a Crew member at AMC, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while supporting the company's financial goals. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent guest service, maintaining a calm demeanor to deter disruptive behavior, and effectively multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to greet guests, scan tickets, check IDs, and answer questions accurately. Additionally, you will demonstrate effective sales techniques, ensuring a positive experience for our guests while promoting loyalty card sales and upselling products. You will also be responsible for handling transactions at the point-of-sale terminals, ensuring the security of cash and tickets, and enforcing the movie ratings system. Your role will involve cleaning and maintaining various areas of the theatre, including auditoriums, restrooms, and concession areas, as well as performing nightly custodial duties. Monitoring the quality of the movie experience, including picture and sound quality, is also part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities

? Answer guest questions courteously and accurately or direct them to the appropriate resource.

? Work effectively with supervisors and co-workers.

? Multitask effectively, including greeting guests, tearing and scanning tickets, checking IDs, and answering questions.

? Demonstrate effective sales techniques by meeting expectations for loyalty card sales, suggestive selling, upselling, and merchandising.

? Complete transactions accurately and thank guests after each interaction.

? Ensure the security of all cash, receipts, and tickets.

? Enforce the movie ratings system courteously and effectively.

? Distribute and ensure the proper working order of Assisted Moviegoing Equipment.

? Clean and maintain the exterior and interior areas of the theatre, including auditoriums, restrooms, and concession areas.

? Perform nightly custodial duties as necessary, including vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing fixtures.

? Control access to the theatre and monitor auditoriums for quality and audience behavior.

? Follow all procedures to ensure a safe work environment and the safety of guests.
Requirements
? Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend frequently.

? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet.
Nice-to-haves
? Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
