Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the State of Florida's mission and message.
Create engaging and informative content for the state's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging across all digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques, and make recommendations for improving the state's online presence.
Manage and update the state's website, ensuring that all content is current and relevant.
Create and manage digital advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences.
Respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor online reviews and ratings and provide recommendations for addressing any negative feedback.
Work with external vendors and agencies to create and implement digital marketing campaigns as needed.
Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to create visually appealing and engaging digital content.
Provide training and support to staff members on digital marketing best practices and guidelines.
Assist in the organization and promotion of virtual events and webinars.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target audiences and ways to effectively reach them through digital channels.
