As a key member of our team, the Human Resources Business Partner is a key strategic role responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals. This role provides guidance on talent management, employee relations, payroll, and organizational development. The HRBP collaborates closely with leaders to enhance employee engagement, drive performance, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Main responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:
? Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations aligned with company objectives.
? Assist with workforce planning and talent management strategies to support business growth and development.

Employee Relations & Engagement:
? Serve as a key resource for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
? Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.

Payroll and Benefit Management:
? Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee wages, deductions, and tax filings.
? Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
? Support audits and reporting related to payroll functions.

Talent Management & Development:
? Support the implementation of performance management processes, coaching leaders on best practices for feedback and development.
? Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Compliance & HR Policies:
? Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
? Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with business needs and legal compliance.

HR Metrics & KPI?s:
? Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
? Prepare reports on key HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, and performance trends.

Organizational Development & Change Management:
? Assist in organizational design initiatives, ensuring the right structure and roles to meet business objectives.
? Support change management efforts, helping teams navigate transitions effectively.

Education and Experience:
? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master?s degree preferred).
? 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a strategic HRBP role.
? HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:
? Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
? Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
? Proficiency in HRIS systems, Paycom a plus, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
