Director of Project Management, Labs Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager Director to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). As the Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing strategic programs for our clients, ensuring successful program delivery, and driving operational excellence. You will remain engaged in the implementation to oversee overall program delivery and determine lessons learned to be applied to future implementations. Your role will focus on integration across regions, services and technical lines. This role will provide visionary leadership, manage program teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to navigate complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the execution of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, client requirements, and budgetary constraints. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define program goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and governance frameworks to drive successful program execution and delivery. Provide visionary leadership and guidance to program teams, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members. Develop and monitor program budgets, tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and implementing cost optimization strategies. Monitor program progress, performance, and risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders and implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Foster strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact throughout the program lifecycle and ensuring exceptional customer service. Develop a deep partnership with ESS, Project Management, and client delivery leadership to interpret and direct implementation of new programs. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program outcomes, optimize processes, and leverage best practices. Oversee program documentation, including program plans, schedules, progress reports, and presentations to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in program management, recommending innovations and strategic initiatives to enhance program performance. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus. Minimum of 15 years of experience in program or project management, with proven success in leading and managing complex programs. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate program teams to achieve goals. Excellent understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and processes, with a proven track record of delivering successful programs. Proficiency in program management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Strategic mindset and strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry is desirable. Experience with sustainability programs or certifications (e.g., LEED) is a plus. Estimated total compensation for this position: 189,000.00 ? 250,000.00 USD per year The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
