Job Description:Senior Financial Analyst, FI Finance (Product & Advisory Solutions Finance) Within Fidelity Institutional (FI), our team supports three leaders and organizations accountable for developing and marketing solutions designed to help FI?s clients run their businesses, and for managing the FundsNetwork (FNW) platform on behalf of all Fidelity channels. The team?s portfolio includes a breadth of products and services, spanning Fidelity and 3rd party investment products, marketing and thought leadership, brokerage and banking solutions, and managed account products and platforms. Further, the FundsNetwork team manages relationships with over 700 asset managers whose investment products are distributed through IWMS, Wealth and Brokerage, and WI.Our finance team plays a pivotal role in defining, executing, and ensuring the success of the products and services that comprise FI?s and FNW?s future-ready revenue model.The Purpose of Your RoleYour role includes supporting and providing financial analyses related to new and existing products, supporting client/product pricing decisions, and developing and delivering product-related reporting. Success will require intellectual curiosity, comprehensive problem solving, independent thinking, confidence, and a strong work ethic. In this role, you will develop expertise related to decision support (i.e., business cases, strategic initiatives, and executive presentations), business performance evaluation, and business relationship management. You will collaborate with finance and business associates across the firm and will interact regularly with various members of FI?s finance and business organizations.Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this positionThe Expertise You HaveBachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, and 4-6 years of relevant work experienceStrong analytical, communication and financial modeling capabilitiesThorough understanding of financial and accounting principles and how to apply them in businessStrong knowledge of MS Excel and database querying techniques and proficiency in MS PowerPointThe Skills You BringIntellectual curiosity and ability to ask questions in a variety of settingsEnd-to-end problem-solving capabilities, from defining complex problems to synthesizing key pointsProject management skills and your ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrength in consolidating information from multiple sources and working with large amounts of dataStrong and accurate analytical capabilities and financial modeling skillsSolid communication skills and confidence interacting with various levels within the organizationProactive and self-motivated drive to complete projectsAbility to handle ambiguity and work under pressure in a dynamic environmentThe Value You DeliverCollaborating on multiple projects across different business segments and initiativesProviding on-going insight into the performance of FI and Enterprise initiatives such as Alternative Investments, Digital Assets, Model Portfolio/SMAs, Portfolio Construction Working with the FI Central Finance team and business partners to track key KPI results for scorecards and other senior management reportingAnalyzing data, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions including investments in new products or product enhancements, and product pricing strategySupporting multiple client/product pricing processes to ensure FI receives a strong return on products and solutionsWorking effectively across our team to accomplish our objectivesThe base salary range for this position is $71,000-$112,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate?s relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
