? Employment Type: Permanent
? Hours Per Week: 40
? Location: On-Site - OR - Remote, with minimal on-site requirements throughout the year.
? Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000/yr (Depending on Experience)

Job Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science
? 3+ years of experience with large, complex datasets, conducting data analyses, and generating insights
? Proven track record of leading and executing moderately complex projects with minimal oversight
? Strong analytical skills and experience with HR and people data
? Familiarity with SQL and professional databases
? Healthcare background preferred
Responsibilities
? Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
? Collaborate with leaders to understand strategic goals and refine data requests
? Develop and deliver clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards
? Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation and quality control processes
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop solutions
? Mentor junior team members and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning
