Responsibilites of Support Lead:
Resolve customer inquiries and manage customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare reports and analyze customer data to improve customer service processes.
Communicate effectively with customers and other departments.
Utilize Microsoft Office to document customer interactions.
Develop creative solutions to customer issues.
Manage phone, email, and online customer service inquiries.
Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action.
