  • *Overview:** As a Support Lead at Five Below, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of your store by assisting with direction of the Front End Lead(s) and sales associates, and contributing to the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for leading Front End Operations, training associates, and driving sales while maintaining a high level of customer service. **Responsibilities:**
  • ? Ensure all associates and managers are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers? Achieve CSAT score goals provided by the District Manager? Lead Front End Operations and train staff on the High Fives of Customer Service? Maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers at all times? Open and close store procedures? Assist with Front End Operations and supervise all associates? Assist in training, coaching, and developing all associates? Review corporate communications and react accordingly? Partner with supervisors or corporate office regarding store issues? Drive store sales and control expenses? Assist in merchandising procedures and cash handling? Adhere to and hold associates accountable to all Five Below's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)? *Qualifications:**? High School Graduate or equivalent? College experience preferred? Minimum 1 year of management experience? Excellent verbal and written communication skills? Ability to multi-task? Creative thinking? Ability to maintain composure under pressure? *Benefits:**?
