Experienced Airbnb Cleaner

Responsibilities: ? Perform cleaning duties for vacation rental properties, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO. ? Manage laundry tasks, ensuring bed linens, towels, bath mats, and other items are thoroughly dried. ? Change linens and make beds in all bedrooms as necessary. ? Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other communal areas. ? Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors, or clean carpets as needed. ? Dust and wipe down surfaces, including tables, desks, and windowsills. ? Empty trash cans and replace liners. ? Restock essential supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. ? Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols. ? Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and fulfilling special requests.

Skills:
? Prior experience cleaning Airbnb properties or hotels is preferred.
? Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively address client needs.
? Knowledge of housekeeping practices for short-term rentals, including checking for missing items, reporting damages, and restocking essentials.
? High attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
? Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
? Familiarity with proper laundering techniques for linens and towels.
