Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000/year
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable AI and machine learning models to improve customer experience and business processes.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and develop predictive models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and marketing to drive data-informed decisions.
- Lead research initiatives in NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and personalization.
- Deploy models to production environments using MLOps pipelines.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science workflows.
- Requirements:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI concepts.
- Ability to clearly communicate findings and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Compensation:
- Minimum Salary: $120,000/year
- Maximum Salary: $160,000/year
