Salary: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Provide exceptional assistance and support to policyholders, addressing their insurance queries proactively.

Policy Servicing: Manage and maintain policy records, ensuring clients' details are up-to-date and accurately reflected.

Risk Assessment: Advise clients on suitable insurance coverage based on comprehensive evaluations of their needs.

Claims Assistance: Offer guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring seamless resolution.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to broaden the clients' coverage portfolios by recommending additional or alternative products.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure the delivery of highest standards of customer service.

Requirements

Licensing: Valid Colorado Property & Casualty License Preferred. Willing to Train. Must obtain a License with in 90 days, Licensing assistance available and paid for.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years in insurance sales or customer service within the industry.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.

Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions to client issues.

Teamwork: Cooperative and able to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous and able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy.

Proficiency in Technology: Comfortable using insurance-related software and communication tools.
