As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will be engaging with our clients, providing them with insightful insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Requirements
? Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
? Proven sales and customer service experience ? must provide reports or references to verify sales production *REQUIRED*
? Work well independently, but be able to collaborate with the team.
? Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up.
? Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
? Self starter with a sense of urgency to get the job done right

Responsibilities
? Achieve sales goals, develop new business, and cross-sell additional coverage to existing clients.
? Provide and maintain positive customer experiences.
? Actively train and improve product knowledge in order to provide clients with current, relevant advice.
? Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and agency policies.
? Manage and organize a sales pipeline
