About the position

The Analyst, National General Affairs position at Hyundai GLOVIS America Inc. is a full-time role based in Irvine, CA, focused on overseeing the HMA Lease program and managing various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle ordering, invoicing, and supporting purchase requests across multiple offices including Arizona, Tampa, San Diego, Otay Mesa, Portland, Brunswick, Texas, Savannah, and Tacoma. This role requires a keen attention to detail, as the analyst will review purchase orders for accuracy, obtain quotes, and continuously check multiple sources for the best price options. Communication with requesters regarding purchase orders is also a key responsibility. In addition to procurement tasks, the analyst will handle weekly reconciliation of company credit card statements and support travel requests. This includes providing new hires with login access to the travel site, examining travel requests to ensure compliance with company policies, and making hotel accommodations as necessary. The analyst will also review company-wide travel reimbursement requests to ensure they align with the established travel policy. The role includes providing administrative support to Executive Coordinators and KHQ visitors, which encompasses managing purchase, travel, and expense requests, as well as onboarding training and housing arrangements. The analyst will also maintain inventory for the HQ office and break-room supplies, manage portal logins for new hires, and update the company approval matrix as needed. Special projects, such as construction and remodels, may also be assigned as required. This position is integral to ensuring smooth operations within the company and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

Requirements
? High School Diploma required
,
? 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
,
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
,
? Proficient with PCs and basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
,
? Experience using database systems
,
? Strong ability to identify and correct errors
,
? Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
,
? Interpersonal skills to work with multiple departments
