About the position

As a Crew member at American Multi-Cinema, Inc. (AMC), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, assisting with ticket sales, and providing information about movie showtimes and amenities. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the theater, including the lobby, auditoriums, and restrooms, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met. This position requires a friendly demeanor, a willingness to work as part of a team, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with guests, answer their questions, and provide recommendations on movies and snacks. You will also be responsible for operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately. As a Crew member, you will be expected to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our guests.
