As a Support Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Train and mentor team members on customer service best practices and company policies and procedures.
Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and displayed appropriately.
Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and positive work environment.
Assist in the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
Address and resolve any customer or employee complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise, maintaining visual displays, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improving store operations and customer experience.
Collaborate with other Support Leads and team members to ensure seamless store operations and a positive work environment.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
