About the Job**

The Machinist Supervisor I will be responsible for leading a team of machinists and technicians in the performance of machining operations, developing and implementing quality control processes, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities and Requirements
? Supervise and lead a team of machinists and technicians in the performance of machining operations
? Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
? Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and personnel data
? Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes
? Analyze problems and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

Education and Experience
? Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
? Minimum 5 years of experience in machining operations, preferably in a supervisory role
